The Carbon Steel Knife Gate Valve from our factory is a high-quality bidirectional valve designed for reliable flow control. It features an ASTM A216 WCB body, ensuring durability and strength. With a DN450 (18 inches) diameter and a pressure rating of PN10 (Class 150 LB), this valve is well-suited for heavy-duty industrial applications. Its wafer ends design facilitates easy installation and integration into piping systems. Equipped with a pneumatic actuator, it offers precise and efficient operation.

The maintenance-free, compact cross seal (double seal lip profile) guarantees a tight shutoff and can be adjusted without interrupting the working process. The self-cleaning effect is achieved by flush-out corners in the body and the cutting edge underneath the gate. Solids and fibers are cut by the cutting edge before tightening against the elastic seat. The guidance of the gate is interrupted along the stroke length, allowing dirt to be ejected. Bidirectional shutoff is achieved by the lateral gate surfaces and the elastic seat integrated into the body. The seat is chambered and mounted under prestress. The high-quality finish of the guide and sealing surfaces on both sides ensures long service life and tight shutoff. Lateral guidance of the gate prevents fluttering in either flow direction or in throttling positions.
