The Pneumatic Actuated Knife Gate Valve, featuring bidirectional shutoff capability, is built with a durable Ductile Iron GGG40 body. With a DN350, 14-inch size and PN10 pressure rating, it offers reliable flow control in various industrial applications. Designed with Class 150 LB and wafer ends, this valve ensures secure operation and efficient sealing, making it suitable for systems requiring robust performance and precise control in both directions.

The maintenance-free, compact cross seal with a double-seal lip profile ensures a reliable tight shutoff and can be easily adjusted without disrupting operations. A self-cleaning effect is facilitated by flush-out corners in the valve body and a cutting edge beneath the gate. Solids and fibers are sheared by the cutting edge before the gate seals against the elastic seat, effectively preventing clogging. The gate's guidance is temporarily interrupted during the stroke, allowing debris to be expelled.

Bidirectional shutoff is achieved through the lateral gate surfaces and the elastic seat, which is integrated into the body. The seat is chambered and pre-stressed for enhanced performance. Both the guide and sealing surfaces are finely finished to provide long-lasting, tight shutoff. The lateral guidance of the gate prevents fluttering in either flow direction or during throttling, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
