Packing rings are pre-compressed to 4000 psi, delivering a high-integrity seal. In welded bonnet models, the bonnet is threaded and torqued to a precise value, then strength-welded to the body, providing dual protection against leakage through the threads and weld. The fully guided wedge minimizes seat wear, while optional configurations include double packing, leak-off connections, live-loading, and a packing blowout feature for easy packing removal.
