The Diaphragm Type Remote Control Float Valve is a hydraulically operated valve with multiple functions, designed to automatically control water flow based on liquid levels. It is typically installed at the inlet of water tanks or elevated water towers. When the water reaches the set level, the float valve activates the main valve to close the inlet and stop the water supply. As the water level drops, a float switch opens the valve to allow the tank to refill, ensuring automatic replenishment.
The liquid level control is highly precise and unaffected by water pressure. This valve can be installed in various positions depending on the height and available space of the water tank. It is easy to maintain, debug, and inspect, offering reliable sealing and a long service life. The diaphragm valve design ensures high strength, flexible operation, and reliable performance, making it suitable for pipelines with a diameter of 450mm or less. For diameters above DN 500mm, a piston-type valve is recommended.
