» Balanced Operation: It is essential to use a balance valve during installation and removal to prevent damage due to differential pressure. Without a balance valve, even a small differential pressure (e.g., 60 kPa) can cause significant issues, especially when the pipeline pressure is high (e.g., 1 MPa). Directly connecting either the positive or negative pressure chamber to the atmosphere (equivalent to 0.1 MPa) can result in a differential pressure that far exceeds the set value, potentially damaging the valve.
