The Stainless Steel SS 304 Needle Valve features a durable SS 304 body and is available in customized sizes. With a pressure rating of 3000 PSI, it offers precise flow control. The valve is equipped with double sleeve NPT threaded ends and features an external thread design, ensuring secure, leak-proof connections in various industrial applications.

The High-Pressure Card Sleeve Needle Valve is designed for fine-tuning and precise flow rate adjustment. It features a needle-shaped valve plug that allows gradual and continuous changes in the valve opening. This enables the valve to be finely adjusted from a closed position to a larger opening. The needle valve plug is typically made of quenched steel long needles, while the valve seats are made from softer materials like tin or copper. The sealing between the stainless steel SS-1RS8 Needle Valve and the valve seat is achieved through a tight fit of the conical surfaces. The valve needle taper is available in two types: 1:50 and 1:60 cone angles, with the conical surfaces finely ground for precision sealing. Sealing between the valve stem and the valve seat is maintained by corrugated pipes.
