The Soft Seal Sleeved Plug Valve Plant, designed in accordance with API 599, is a 3-inch valve featuring stainless steel construction (ASTM A351 CF8M) for enhanced corrosion resistance. It offers Class 150 LB pressure rating and is suitable for DN80 (PN20) applications with RF flanged ends.

The unique 360-degree metal lip protection fixed card prevents the accumulation of medium in the valve. The metal lip in the rotary plug provides a self-cleaning effect. This makes the valve suitable for sticky or scaling conditions. It supports two-way flow and allows for easier installation. Sleeve-type soft-sealing plug valves are used in corrosive, highly toxic, and hazardous media. They are also used in environments where leakage is strictly prohibited or where the valve material must not contaminate the medium. The body material can be carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel, depending on the working medium.
