This GGG40 Slurry Knife Gate Valve, made from ductile iron, is designed for efficient handling of slurry and other challenging fluids. The integral slurry valve is designed as a full-bore type, with the entire flow channel of the valve body wrapped in wear-resistant polyurethane. This design ensures that the flushing medium does not come into direct contact with the metal valve body, significantly extending the valve body's wear resistance and lifespan.
The valve features a full-diameter flow channel that matches the inner diameter of the pipeline, preventing the formation of eddy currents and reducing erosion. When fully open, the valve plate is lifted into the valve chamber, avoiding direct contact with the medium. This effectively extends the service life of the disc by minimizing wear and tear.

» Self-Cleaning Valve Plate: The valve features a self-cleaning scraper inside the sleeve. As the valve plate moves up and down, the scraper autonomously cleans its surface, preventing clumping, increased switch torque, or blockages.
» Integrated Elastomeric Filler: The integrated sealing filler is made from wear-resistant, high-rebound rubber. It provides a tight seal with the stuffing box and polyurethane valve liner, ensuring better sealing, longer lifespan, and easier replacement. » Self-Flushing Valve Seat: The valve seat has a self-flushing structure that prevents sedimentation of bottom slurry, ensuring 100% zero leakage every time the valve is closed.
» Removable and Replaceable Seat: The valve seat and upper sealing structure are removable. If the liner or upper seal wears out during service, these components can be replaced on-site. This restores the valve to its original service life at a fraction of the cost (only 15-20% of the cost of a new valve).
